Deleting a LUN
You can delete LUNs and return the space that they had used to their containing aggregates or volumes. You can delete a LUN only if the LUN is offline and no initiator hosts are mapped to the LUN.
Steps
1.
From the
Home
tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Click
Storage
>
LUNs
.
3.
If the appropriate tab is not displayed, click
LUN Management
.
4.
Select one or more LUNs that are offline and click
Delete
.
5.
Select the check box and click
Delete
.
